The Center for Leadership’s executive leadership development program alumni include organizational leaders from industries such as health care, banking and finance, technology, retail, education, government and the military. The program has a global reach, with participants coming from the United States, Latin America, the Caribbean, Canada, Europe and Africa.
Leadership lectures feature world-renowned, distinguished academics and practitioners and are designed to give our local community access to thought-provoking, diverse perspectives on leadership. Alumni Library Services

Your FIU OneCard (FIU ID) is your permanent library card! Please keep your FIU OneCard after graduation for use as an FIU alum. If you ever lose your FIU OneCard and need library access, please contact us at alumni@fiu.edu. When visiting one of the FIU Libraries, alumni are subject to overdue fines and lost materials charges and have access to the following:
- Reference and research assistance at the Information & Research Desk
- Borrowing books, with your FIU OneCard
- Public access computers
- Audio-visual materials are available for check out, with some restrictions
- Use of on-site library databases and e-book services
- Full use of photocopiers, with purchase of a copy card
- Full use of networked printers for library computers, with purchase of a copy card
Wellness & Recreation Center (WRC)

FIU offers recreation and fitness programs, gym facilities and services to Florida International University’s students, faculty, staff and alumni. With state-of-the-art gym equipment, adventure excursions and more, the WRC has everything you need to live a fit, healthy lifestyle. FIU also offers a variety of certification opportunities hosted by trained professionals at the WRC.
All FIU alumni are now automatically part of the FIU Alumni Association and may purchase a WRC Membership on either an annual or term basis. Alumni are defined as graduates or individuals who have accumulated 12 or more credit hours from FIU. Alumni and the FIU community must present proof of status (diploma, transcript, or FIU Alumni Association ID) with the completed WRC Membership Application Form upon purchase.
