Why he joined the FIU Alumni Association: I’m proud of the work that FIU has done and what it did for me. I also wanted the opportunity to connect with other alumni who ventured out west to Arizona.

What does FIU mean to him: It gave me an opportunity to get my degree while I was still working. It is a symbol of the handwork and determination of its students, staff and alumni.
